A graduate of Memorial University with a background in mental health, education, and social systems, Nora has spent over two decades navigating both private and public sectors—holding ownership and management roles in government, education, and mental health. She is a certified trauma-informed practitioner and a spiritual advisor whose insight is shaped by both professional expertise and deeply personal experience.

As a young single mother with no access to welfare while attending university, Nora understands firsthand the invisible systems that keep people—and by extension, businesses—stuck in cycles of survival. Her journey through poverty, addiction, and mental health challenges has become the foundation for her ministry and mission: helping others break generational cycles and align with their divine purpose.

Having successfully built and led multimillion-dollar companies that consciously incorporated spiritual principles, Nora now guides organizations toward a more awakened way of operating. Through Mindful Metrics, she supports leaders and teams in:
